How is this different from other coaching?
I use an artificially intelligent personalised health assessment tool that analyses your individual body measurements, health history, environment, and ancestry to provide recommendations for food, fitness, and lifestyle (including your work). Rather than one size fits all methods - this is highly tailored to you. This program will walk you through how to understand your unique biology, what you need to thrive, and how to set and achieve aligned goals so you can thrive.
When are the weekly group sessions held?
Wednesdays at 12pm AEDT (or as otherwise agreed by the group). Next round begins early 2024.
How many people will be in each group?
A maximum of 20 per group.
